Yea! Scott has finally been booted out of the AI competition :)) . Not a very good way to start my first blog huh! - Anyway, nothing much happened today.... just slacked at home and went to the library to get some books..... I borrowed 2 linguistic books to brush up on my England (haha...pun intended! haha)... learned that contribute is pronounced as "kern-tribute".... interesting yah....
oh yes... i happened to chance upon the SYF results for this year's Central Judging for JC band.... and as usual, as per bi-annually, as per from the beginning of time(hehe... no offence).... my JC band got YET another Silver after a long string of silvers.... 'sigh'.... they just don't have the resources to form a good band.... maybe in 2007...
I miss my cornet so much!!! :( and congrats for the Gold with honours to Swiss Band!!!
perhaps that can be resolved by me joining the NUS jazz band next year..... but quite unlikely due to my braces...
talking about the braces brought back memories from the dark times..... the horrid day was 28March..... i can still smell it... extracted 3 pre-molars..... followed by 2 more on 1 April(april fools!... not funny...i get it).... During that period i became a devout vegetarian or rather congee-tarian.... could only take porridge
the funny thing is i didn't lose any weight! 'darn' .... going to remove 2 more in 8 more days time.....
Fantasia.... yeayeayea.... listening to her now.... i need a daily dose of her music everyday.....
Fantasia = wonderful wonderful singer = one in a million.... can't wait for her next album!
