Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups of self-raising flour
1 cup of butter
3/4 cup of plain fine sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 tsp of salt
chocolate chips
walnuts
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Blend the butter and sugar thoroughly
2. Add flour to the mixture slowly, making sure the mixture is blended evenly
3. Next, add the eggs and continue blending.
4. Add the baking soda, vanilla essence and salt next. Continue blending.
5. Next add the chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix them well.
6. Cut the dough into small cubes and it's ready to bake!

I had to spend yesterday morning conducting a first aid lesson..... boring..... but guess who was among the students :).... Mr Tay Ping Hui..... wah.... first time see an actor close-up leh.......
anyway, he looks pretty much e same as we see from TV...... however, i must say that he has incredible skin..... actors really do get royalty treatment....... come for training also must style e hair one u noe... haha period....

then in afternoon, managed to meet up with a friend to go walk-walk around town area........ went to the new Toys Rus at Suntec n i caught sight of some hilarious rubber wigs..... should hav brought my camera out... hai..... i especially like e Elvis one.........

but I was quite disappointed cuz i couldn't find a book that i was looking for..... apparently it hasn't been brought to Singapore yet.......
